Return Policy
I am currently a solo run business and am unable to accept returns or provide refunds. All piece are final sale.
This said, if there is an issue due to shipping lets chat!

Shipping
I ship via USPS for most pieces. Larger works and pieces with higher value will be shipped via UPS.
After order confirmation, pieces usually ship within 5 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping is done through USPS unless otherwise noted.

Damages & Lost Packages
If damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 7 days of receiving, and include a photo of the damaged item. I will do my best to accommodate or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
After 7 days, all sales are deemed final.
If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I am offering local pickup in San Francisco!

Care
My pieces are typically made of durable vitrified high-fire stoneware (unless noted otherwise) and designed for use in the modern home. All “food safe” pieces are also dishwasher safe.
